AMERICANLEGACYMAG – YouTube Music has released a new feature called Personal Radio that can be shared with other users or saved privately. Phone Arena reported on Monday, August 12, 2024, quoted by Antara , Personal Radio is a collection of songs created by YouTube Music to be shared and these songs are the latest music listened to by users. Personal Radio will be updated by Google every day.

Launched in April 2023, YouTube Music introduces profile pages that can be set to public or private. These profile pages display a user’s top four stats, such as their most-streamed artists or genres of music they listen to. Personal Radio will complement these profile pages.
Quoted from 9to5google , Personal Radio is a new feature on YouTube Music that allows users to share daily playlists tailored to their personal music tastes. This feature is similar to auto-generated playlists, but with a deeper personalization touch, as it is based on music that the user has recently listened to.
This playlist will be updated daily, adapting to the user’s music listening habits. So, every time someone accesses Personal Radio, they will find something new and relevant.

How to Activate Personal Radio
Currently, the Personal Radio feature is not yet fully available to all YouTube Music users. However, for those who can access it, here are the steps to activate it:
- Open the YouTube Music app
- Select the profile icon
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy and Location.
- Select Channel Settings.
- Enable the Enable Public Stats or Enable Public Personal Radio option.
- Tap Enable to confirm the changes.
